Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun. As these pieces are handmade using natural materials, slight variations in color, finish, grain, or dimensions may occur.

Our standard delivery schedule is Tuesday and Thursday. Once an item is ready for dispatch. Delivery Lead Time within Metro Manila will take 5-7 days.
