Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun. Our standard delivery schedule is Tuesday and Thursday. Once an item is ready for dispatch. Delivery Lead Time within Metro Manila will take 5-7 days.
