Decorative Beam (Plug & Play Installation)
Designed for new construction and decorative applications, beams can be installed directly onto ceilings or walls to create architectural interest without the weight and complexity of solid timber. Lightweight polyurethane construction allows for quick and straightforward installation.

Existing Beam Cover (Wrap-Around Installation)
Ideal for renovations and remodeling projects, our faux beams can be installed over existing structural beams, steel members, columns, pipes, or other exposed elements. This provides the warmth and appearance of real wood while concealing unsightly structural components without the need for costly demolition or reconstruction.

Flexible Sizing & Custom Lengths

Every project is different, which is why our beams can be cut to size and customized to fit your specific requirements.

If your desired length falls between our standard sizes, we recommend ordering the next available size and trimming it on-site for a precise fit.

Our lightweight PU beams can be installed directly onto ceilings or walls to create the appearance of solid timber without requiring structural support.

Installation Steps

1. Layout & Positioning
   Determine beam locations and spacing. Mark installation points on the ceiling or wall surface.
2. Install Support System
   Secure suspension wire, mounting blocks, or fastening hardware to roof trusses, joists, or structural framing as required. Verify all supports are level and properly aligned.
3. Position the Beam
   Lift the beam into place. Secure using the chosen mounting method and construction adhesive where appropriate.
4. Final Alignment
   Check beam spacing, alignment, and levelness. Make adjustments before finishing.
5. Finish Joints & Edges
   Fill any visible gaps using paintable acrylic caulk, wall putty, or finishing compound. Smooth all joints to create a seamless appearance.
6. Final Touch-Up
   Clean the beam surface and perform any necessary touch-ups.

Installation Steps

1. Measure Existing Structure
   Measure the length, width, and height of the existing beam or element to be covered. Select the appropriate beam size.
2. Prepare the Surface
   Ensure the existing beam or substrate is clean, dry, and free from loose materials.
3. Apply Adhesive
   Apply construction adhesive to designated contact points as required.
4. Install the Beam Cover
   Position the beam cover around the existing structure. Secure using screws, mounting blocks, straps, or other approved fastening methods depending on site conditions.
5. Align & Secure
   Check alignment and ensure all sections are firmly secured.
6. Finish Seams
