Koyō Plate was selected for our Japanese Vintage Vault as a found plate that can sit easily beside both old and new. Its broad, low format gives the eye a resting point between smaller objects and taller forms. The listed dimensions are 29W x 28L cm. It is precisely the lack of perfect coordination that gives the piece its place in a collected interior.
