Wong Vessel

The Wong Vessel is an interesting dark hued terracotta vessel with a vintage inspired organic finish, handmade by local Indonesian artisans. Inspired by the Wayang Wong dance, this piece's defining features are its curvy arms and graceful neck, reminiscent of the movement employed in the performance. This captivating piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail using techniques that have been passed through generations. 

Materials: Terracotta clay, dark gray underglaze, highly textured  matte gray glaze.

This item is made to order and handcrafted by artisans. Production typically takes 12–16 weeks before shipping. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun. As these pieces are handmade using natural materials, slight variations in color, finish, grain, or dimensions may occur.

Our standard delivery schedule is Tuesday and Thursday. Once an item is ready for dispatch, delivery is typically arranged within one week.
